How to Do Bikram Yoga
Go to a hot room (around 40°C / 104°F) with high humidity.
Start with deep breathing (Pranayama) while standing.
Follow the fixed sequence of 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises.
Move slowly and hold each pose with control and focus.
Drink water in small sips to stay hydrated (before/after class).
Do not skip or change the order of poses.
End with final breathing and Savasana (rest).
